Growing up, I was immersed in art, dance, and music, which fueled my innate creativity. While math and science may have posed challenges for me, they only solidified my passion for pursuing a career centered around creativity.

My journey into graphic design began in high school when I took a graphic design class to fulfill a computer credit. Little did I know that this seemingly simple choice would be a turning point in my life. Within one semester, I was nominated for the prestigious Georgia Governor's Honors Program, which instilled in me the confidence to pursue design as a career. Eager to learn more, I immersed myself in every level of design my high school offered, alongside other art and music classes that nurtured my artistic spirit.

At Auburn University, I had the opportunity to delve deeper into the world of design. The rigorous selection process to get into Auburn's graphic design program challenged me and showed me just how much work and thought goes into creating impactful designs. Once accepted, I was constantly pushed to my creative limits, but the process allowed me to gain an incredible amount of knowledge not only in design but also in other creative fields such as photography, printmaking, and drawing.

During my time at Auburn, I discovered a particular passion for typography, web design, and motion graphics—areas I had previously overlooked. Understanding the thought and attention to detail behind every design element captivated me and deepened my love for what I do. While I have always been hard on myself, a supportive professor helped me recognize the value of my work and the importance of confidence in my designs.

Finally graduating and receiving my degree was an incredible achievement. It was a testament not only to my entry into one of the top design programs in the country but also to my growth as a designer. Now, armed with my knowledge, experiences, and determination, I am ready to embark on new creative endeavors and bring innovative designs to life.
