Seaside has always been a small town based on big ideas—a charming tourist destination that inspired an urban planning movement now known as New Urbanism. We believe in promoting the building of sustainable places through education and design.

Responsibilities

  • Developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies for various events, ensuring maximum engagement and attendance. Managed the creation and delivery of all graphic needs, including event branding, promotional materials, and on-site graphics. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall event objectives, while maintaining a consistent and impactful visual identity across all platforms.

  • Assisted in brand and identity creation for new organizations emerging from the institute. Developed and implemented marketing strategies to ensure successful brand launches. Created essential brand assets, including identity design, websites, merchandise, and more, to establish a strong and cohesive presence for each organization.

  • Collaborated on the creation of everyday graphics and promotional materials for the institute, including social media graphics, flyers, posters, stickers, and cards. Contributed to bringing ideas to life, ensuring all visual content effectively communicated the institute's message and brand identity.
